Diverse and inclusive teams are better teams. Better teams deliver better results. At RSHC “diversity” “equity” and “inclusion” are not simply buzzwords, but the essence of our law firm – not just because it is right, not just because a law firm should reflect those we serve, but because of the fundamental truth that the more diverse, equitable, and inclusive our teams, the better the solutions and the greater the value that we produce for our clients.

RSHC Attorneys Monique Howery, Erin Gasparka, and Jasmine Morton Selected to the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD)

Monique Howery, Erin Gasparka, and Jasmine Morton have been named to the 2023 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Monique has been chosen for the LCLD Fellows program while Erin and Jasmine have been chosen for the Pathfinder program.

LCLD promotes a Leadership at the Front initiative that looks to create a truly diverse United States legal profession. They are made up of over 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners that are dedicated to helping the next generation of attorneys to rise to positions of leadership with the goal of growing a more equitable and diverse legal profession.
