RSHC is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk responsibilities include day‐to day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. The role provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to the accounting department. Additional responsibilities include paying third parties or employees by scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, ensuring credit is received for outstanding bills and issuing stop‐payments or purchase order amendments. The A/P clerk maintains meticulous records for outstanding payables. The Accounts Payable Clerk should make sure that payments are made to vendors in a timely manner, while protecting the firm against unintentional overpayment. Docket Manager – Chicago, IL

RSHC is recruiting for an experienced Docket Manager responsibilities include to ensure our Docket department is tracking client, legal and filing deadlines, and notifying responsible attorneys to ensure those deadlines are met. The Docket Manager will manage workflow and participate as needed in the capacity of a working manager. Responsible for the hiring, training, conducting performance reviews and leading of the Docket Services staff. Docket Clerk – Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA or Ann Arbor, MI

RSHC is recruiting for an experienced Docket Clerk responsible for the day‐to‐day operations and maintenance of firmwide docketing and to ensure the accuracy of docketing entries. This position will provide comprehensive calendaring services to the firm to facilitate compliance with firm calendaring policies and processes and minimize risk of missed court and agency deadlines. This position requires an ability to work well under pressure and time constraints, and an in‐depth knowledge of court rules and procedures within the given state, federal and appellate courts. In addition, the Docket Clerk will be required to organize the documents needed to bring the case to trial, as well as contact the attorneys, witnesses, and other parties participating in the case.
