Noreen Cull joins the Labor & Employment group at Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila, bringing with her deep experience with virtually all aspects of state and federal employment laws. She counsels employers countering claims of equal employment opportunity discrimination, retaliatory discharge, workplace harassment, and wage-and-hour violations. She defends companies in individual and class action lawsuits filed in federal and state courts, and she represents employers before agencies such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR), and the U.S. and Illinois Departments of Labor.
Noreen’s clients include large employers in the retail, healthcare, telecommunications, airlines, and financial services industries.
Noreen joins RSHC following the arrival of renowned employment litigator Alan King, who assumed leadership of the firm's national Labor & Employment practice in September.
