Shalem Massey Speaking at ABA/TIPS Aviation and Space Law Committee Program

RSHC Partner Shalem Massey will be a panelist at the October 24-25, 2019 ABA/TIPs program, “The Aviation Lawyer’s Operating Handbook:  Learning to Litigate, Navigate, and Communicate,” to be held in Washington, DC.  Shalem and his co-presenters will discuss the tripartite relationship, the issues which arise, and best practices at their session, “Keeping Formation:  Navigating the Relationship of Insured, Insurer, and Outside Counsel.”
The two-day CLE program for lawyers, in-house counsel, and insurance and industry executives will cover current and developing issues in aviation and space litigation and provide legal updates, practical tips, and trial tactics.
