Joseph McCoy, Panelist at 2018 CYOC Conference

Joseph McCoy will be a speaker at the February 8-11 18th Annual Charting Your Own Career (CYOC) Conference to be held at The Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes, in Orlando, Florida.

He will be a co-panelist along with Jimmie McMillian, Ron Machen, Donald Remy, Donald Prophete, and Kellye Walker for the February 10 Plenary Session, “Who Actually Sponsors Attorneys of Color? Inside the Minds of Sponsors.”  This engaging panel deliberation will cover: talking about sponsorship versus actually sponsoring, sponsor motivation and investment in a protégé of color, what makes a mentee sponsor ready, and sponsorship defining one’s legacy.
