For us, diversity and inclusion begin with the names on our door, extends through our partnership and associate ranks, and informs our recruiting, staffing, and vendor choices. We believe that lawyers from different backgrounds provide a better perspective on the problems that our clients face. We are committed to serving our clients with superb lawyers who offer a variety of cultural, racial, and gender perspectives.

While several partners lead our diversity efforts, all of our lawyers carry this banner. Many have won awards honoring their commitment to diversity. RSHC Partners Presenting at BWLA’s 30th Anniversary National Summit

RSHC Partners, Patricia Brown Holmes and Ron Safer, will be presenting at the March 30 – April 1, 2017 Black Women’s Law Association (BWLA) National Summit entitled, “Legacy: Celebrating Our History and Charting Our Future.”

Patricia Brown Holmes will moderate a panel of managing partners to discuss “From the Ground Up: Building a Successful Law Practice.” The panel includes Ron Safer (RSHC), Paulette Brown (Locke Lorde), Joseph McCoy (Bryan Cave), and Benjamin Wilson (Beveridge & Diamond PC).
