Bio

Building upon a deep background in tax law, Christopher Hamm counsels clients on the broad legal and business implications of a range of corporate transactions, including private equity and venture capital deals, joint ventures, commercial real estate, and mergers and acquisitions.

Chris has experience negotiating, drafting, and analyzing corporate transaction documents such as offering memoranda, term sheets, purchase agreements, investment documents, and certificates of incorporation. Clients look to him to lead corporate due diligence efforts and transaction closings and to offer insights and advice that help them advance key initiatives.
