Joseph Steadman to Speak at ABA TIPS ADR Summit 2026
Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila is pleased to announce that Joseph Steadman will serve as a panelist at the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) ADR Summit 2026 on September 25, 2026, at DePaul University College of Law in Chicago.
Joe will participate in the session, Assessing Risks and Valuing Cases: A Deeper Dive, at 9:30 a.m. The panel will explore how mediators evaluate litigation risk and challenge assumptions by asking targeted questions that help parties better assess the strengths, weaknesses, and value of their cases. The discussion will feature perspectives from plaintiff, defense, and insurance coverage counsel on the critical factors that shape case valuation and settlement strategy.
The ADR Summit 2026 brings together judges, in-house counsel, plaintiff and defense attorneys, policyholder and insurance lawyers, mediators, and arbitrators from across the country to discuss emerging trends and best practices in alternative dispute resolution.
