Wagman to Headline Present 2026 “Wag-inar” on Smarter Shelter Medicine

RSHC’s Bruce Wagman is teaming up with the San Francisco SPCA for a new “Wag-inar,” Shelter Medicine Refresher and Updates 2026, happening April 2 from 9:30 AM–11:00 AM PDT.

The SF SPCA’s Shelter PALS crew will cut through the confusion around who does what in shelter veterinary care—clarifying the roles of veterinarians, RVTs, and veterinary assistants—and show how smarter coordination can boost efficiency and improve outcomes for shelter animals.

With shelters stretched thin nationwide, the session aims to deliver clear, practical updates that help teams work sharper, faster, and more effectively.
