RSHC Expands Labor & Employment, White Collar & Product Liability Bench – A Nationwide Growth Strategy
Riley Safer Holmes & Cancila LLP (RSHC) is advancing its nationwide growth strategy with the addition of four accomplished attorneys: Megan DeMarco, Elizabeth Maczko, Nathan Shine, and Abe White.

Megan DeMarco, former federal prosecutor, joins RSHC’s White Collar, Investigations & Defense team. A seasoned investigator and litigator, DeMarco led high-stakes matters involving public corruption, financial fraud, and domestic and international money laundering. She now joins the firm’s deep bench of nine former federal prosecutors.
Elizabeth Maczko joins the Labor & Employment team, representing employers in complex employment, traditional labor, and general litigation matters in both federal and state courts. She is known for successfully litigating a wide range of claims and partnering with employers on proactive risk‑mitigation strategies.
Abe White joins the Product Liability & Mass Torts team, representing clients in litigation and transactional matters, including product liability and commercial disputes. He is recognized for his steady, solutions‑oriented approach that helps transform client challenges into strategic opportunities.
Nathan Shine, also joining the growing Labor & Employment team, advises clients on intricate workplace issues with a pragmatic, measured approach. A former HR professional, Shine blends real-world insight with litigation strategy to help clients navigate evolving employment dynamics.
