RSHC Recognized a 2025 Law360 Women in Law Leader

Law360’s annual Pulse Women in Law Report recognizes RSHC as a leading law firm for the high percentage of female attorneys nationwide for firms with 100 or fewer attorneys. Women continue to make strides at law firms across the country, now making up nearly half of non-partners. Female attorneys also represent 30% of firm partners, a high point in the decade that Law360 has been tracking this data.  While we are grateful for the recognition and congratulate the other firms on Law360’s list, we recognize our efforts at improving female leadership in legal profession are only just getting started.
