Partner Matthew Fischer Speaks on Mediation at ADR Summit

Join RSHC Partner Matthew J. Fischer at the American Bar Association’s ADA Summit in Chicago on September 16, at DePaul University College of Law. Matt will be speaking on the panel for “What Plaintiffs and Defendants and In-House attorneys want from their Mediators.” The panel provides the perspectives of a plaintiff’s lawyer, defense lawyer, and an in-house lawyer. They will discuss their expectations of mediators, how they prepare for mediation and recommended techniques for mediation.
