Bruce Wagman Secures Win in U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit Protecting Wild Horses
On July 15, on behalf of Front Range Equine Rescue, Return to Freedom, and two wild horse photographers, RSHC’s Bruce Wagman secured a stunning win in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit to protect Wyoming’s thousands of "Checkerboard" wild horses. The opinion sends the decision making process back to the lower court for a determination on the remedy, and the fate of wild horse herds. The decision by the Bureau of Land Management, which the court rejected, would have eliminated the herds and taken away over 2 million acres of habitat. We are Proud to be RSHC, saving America’s wild horses, one horse, or one thousand horses, at a time!
