Bruce Wagman Presenting California Shelter Law Regarding Community Cats
In an October 18 webinar, RSHC’s Bruce Wagman will be presenting on the best legal ways to aid communities and the cats living outdoors throughout California. He will address the work of shelters as they serve communities by aiding with Community Cat Programs (CCPs) for outdoor-living cats. This program will explore some of the challenging details and legal issues when dealing with CCPs.
