Bruce Wagman panelist at TBA Animal Law Section Webinar
RSHC attorney Bruce Wagman will be a panelist at the Tennessee Bar Association (TBA)’s From Cruelty to Compassion: Animal Rescue and Animal Law webinar. Topics covered will be a case study involving the discovery and rescue of neglected animals, many in need of immediate medical care, and the corresponding and complex legal consequences of these efforts.
Panelists will provide first-hand experiences of the crime scenes, including veterinarian roles, forensic evidence, and the important cost-of-care statutes which alleviate some of the negative impact these situations have on local municipalities and rescue groups.
