RSHC Attorneys Pen "3 Ways Law Firms Can Guard Against Burnout"

In an article for the January edition of Of Counsel: The Legal and Practice Management Report, RSHC Attorneys Joy Anderson, Kate Stimeling, and Brian Watson encourage firms to adopt practices that promote healthy habits to prevent burnout. 

2020 made it clear that reducing burnout in the workplace is essential and addressing its causes will ultimately contribute to better work production and environment. The steps that should be taken include acknowledging the power of emotions and human connection, educating others on biases and promoting diversity and inclusion trainings, and encouraging attorneys to take time off.
