Bruce Wagman Presenting National Judicial College Webcast, Animal Care in Shelters & the Pandemic
On April 8 RSHC’s Bruce Wagman will present a free webcast designed for judges, “The Roles Judges Play in Ensuring that Animal-Related Essential Services Remain in Effect During ‘Stay at Home’ Orders.” The webinar is designed to help judges navigate the questions that arise regarding homeless, injured, and lost animals in animal shelters, as well as the level of care that should and can be delivered in veterinary offices and other animal care facilities.
