Ronald Safer 2017 Justice John Paul Stevens Award Honoree
RSHC Partner, Ron Safer, has been selected as one of nine honorees of the 2017 Justice John Paul Stevens Award given by the Chicago Bar Association and Chicago Bar Foundation. Conceived by his former law clerks, the award was first presented in September of 2000 to honor Chicago native and former United States Supreme Court Justice Stevens for his lifetime accomplishments in improving the system of justice. The October 10 18th annual luncheon ceremony celebrates Illinois attorneys who have demonstrated extraordinary integrity and service to the community throughout their careers. Ron joins an esteemed group of former recipients and 2017 honorees, including Hon. Ruben Castillo, Robert A. Clifford, Hon. Nathaniel R. Howse, Jr., Hon. Joan Humphrey Lefkow, Richard J. Prendergast, Larry R. Rogers, Sr., Hon. Mary Jane Theis, and Dan K. Webb, in receiving the award.
