Synthesizing data to prepare outlines for oral arguments, exhibit lists, and direct and cross examinations at trial, Maegan plays a vital role in formulating persuasive legal arguments and building strong cases for clients to resolve conflicts on positive terms. Her experience includes conducting extensive fact and expert discovery as well as drafting dispositive motions and briefs for mediation and arbitration. Maegan has drafted and argued successful motions in limine to help her clients properly limit the evidence to be presented at trial.   • Obtained a favorable settlement for client who was wrongfully convicted for a crime he did not commit and incarcerated for 29 years.
