Bio
Joli R. Gill is a driven advocate who thrives at the
intersection of complex facts, high-stakes litigation, and practical
problem-solving. She represents clients
in complex matters involving product liability, mass tort, and other civil
litigation, managing matters across jurisdictions and through all stages of
litigation. Joli prides herself on seeing beyond individual facts to understand
different perspectives and using that insight to shape compelling case strategies
that advance her client’s objectives, mitigate risk, and position matters for favorable
outcomes.
Known for her preparation and ability to quickly master the
details of a case, Joli brings significant experience handling fact and expert depositions
and evaluating complex medical, scientific, and technical evidence. Prior to joining private practice Joli worked
with judges in Illinois and Louisiana, an experience that sharpened her
understanding of judicial decision-making and continues to inform the
persuasive, strategic approach she brings to her client’s matters.
A Chicagoland native, Joli is deeply invested in the legal community and the community that shaped her. This dedication to service shows in her mentorship efforts and involvement with organizations focused on developing and empowering the next generation of legal professionals.
