Bio

A dedicated advocate, Tara Wendell focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and class actions. She has represented a wide array of clients, ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies in litigation within the insurance industry, the financial sector, and other industries. Tara has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation, other employment disputes, breach of contract, and product liability cases.

Tara pairs her creativity with strong writing and investigative skills, honed during her career as an Emmy-nominated journalist, to serve her clients. She is known as a dedicated advocate with unparalleled attention to detail, which she applies to craft effective briefs, written discovery, and overall case strategy.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Tara gained over a decade of trial advocacy competition experience, including at Northwestern University and as part of Georgetown Law’s nationally ranked mock-trial program. She remains involved in that community as a high school mock trial coach.
