Bio

With both courtroom and arbitration experience, Matt Blumenreich is a commercial litigator who helps clients handle complex business disputes. 

Matt focuses his practice on contract and fraud litigation. He has experience in the financial sector through representation of an investment bank in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) arbitrations. He has handled writing, witness preparation, witness examination, and research. He has represented an international manufacturer and a subsidiary of a Fortune 100 company in product liability litigation. His representation of clients also includes a consulting company, information technology company, insurance company, hospital, private developer, and private investors.

Clients value Matt’s experience in connection with trials, arbitrations, depositions, and settlement negotiations.  Approaching each matter with the mindset of a trial lawyer, Matt offers strategic insights that lead to successful outcomes, whether won in a courtroom or by other means.

Adept at writing, motion practice, and research, Matt draws upon his experience by working for highly regarded state and federal judges to deliver outstanding work product, including pleadings, briefs, legal analysis, and comprehensive reporting on discovery. As a law student, he was a research assistant and externed for the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. As an undergraduate student, he was a congressional intern for U.S. Senator John McCain.
