Maegan is adept at managing the discovery process, particularly when large volumes of information and complex documents are involved. Synthesizing data to prepare outlines for oral arguments, exhibit lists, and direct and cross examinations at trial, Maegan plays a vital role in formulating persuasive legal arguments and building strong cases for clients to resolve conflicts on positive terms. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, pre-trial briefs, appellate briefs, mediation briefs, memoranda of law, and motions in limine. She has also conducted depositions for pending litigations and arbitrations.
