Synthesizing data to prepare outlines for oral arguments, exhibit lists, and direct and cross examinations at trial, Maegan plays a vital role in formulating persuasive legal arguments and building strong cases for clients to resolve conflicts on positive terms. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, pre-trial briefs, appellate briefs, mediation briefs, memoranda of law, and motions in limine. She has also conducted depositions for pending litigations and arbitrations.
