Manufacturers of engine-based technologies and other large industrial concerns look to litigator Lauren Russ for support in facing products liability, class action and toxic torts cases. A resourceful and collaborative team player, Lauren helps clients understand their legal options, craft strategies, and, when necessary, prepare for trial.

Lauren has experience in drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, as well as taking and defending depositions. She is particularly adept at analyzing scientific documentation and understanding the impact that medical and technical data can have on case outcomes. Clients value her strong communication skills and the initiative and critical thinking she applies in identifying the strengths and potential weaknesses of their positions.

Serving national clients in complex multi-district litigation, providing hands-on representation in state, federal, and appellate courts, and participating in settlement negotiations, Lauren takes a comprehensive view of the legal landscape and works with clients through the full lifecycle of their matters to effectively mitigate risks and achieve positive outcomes in alignment with their business priorities and goals.

Lauren also maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on making the court system more accessible and understandable for people of all backgrounds.
