Khalid is a talented communicator with a knack for understanding the deep “why” at the heart of an issue. Working with litigation teams on a range of cases, he focuses on developing a keen appreciation for the business goals and key priorities each party brings to the table with the goal of helping shape a positive outcome aligned with his clients’ strategic goals. His litigation experience includes drafting briefs, motions, and client-facing updates. As a judicial law clerk, he was responsible for drafting bench memos and orders on numerous civil and criminal matters ranging from complex multimillion-dollar disputes to criminal sentencings.
With previous experience in both trial and corporate work, Khalid focuses his practice on representing clients in the financial sector and other highly-regulated industries.
