Bio
Elana Rosenfeld focuses her practice on litigation. She has over a decade of experience handling complex litigations, including those in the areas of class actions, products liability, white collar investigations and insurance defense. Elana is skilled in a wide range of discovery and e-discovery activities within the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including ESI (electronically stored information) review, analysis and production. She has extensive experience conducting fact investigations and development, preparing witnesses for depositions and trial and managing large-scale document reviews. Elana understands her client’s needs and is dedicated to getting the job done in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.
Prior to joining RSHC, Elana worked as a staff attorney for a New York-based law firm.
