Bio

Whether practicing law or playing DI volleyball, Shandice Sluch is creative, competitive, and disciplined and always applies a champion mindset to perform at the highest level. When faced with adversity, she digs deep, goes the extra mile, and maintains a calm, situational awareness to make strategic decisions. She visualizes, thoroughly prepares, and switches focus from the unexpected to the challenge, all the while resolute and unwavering in her commitment to serve in the best interests of her clients and team to provide creative and winning solutions.

An excellent communicator and open listener, Shandice establishes client relationships based on trust, integrity, and deep respect. She was able to develop these skills through her externships in law school, including her semester long experience at Chicago Public Schools, where she worked full-time and handled her own cases in the Labor and Employee Discipline Unit. Her practice at RSHC focuses on Commercial Litigation.

Shandice expresses her creative side in her passion for fashion—styling both herself and her family, interior decorating, graphic design, and journalism. As a current Editorial Board Member for the American Bar Association Landslide Magazine, she brainstorms article ideas for upcoming issues.

While in law school, she served as the Graphic Design Chair for the Student Bar Association.
