A driven and prepared litigator, Patricia is passionate about unraveling challenging and complex problems to develop winning strategies for her clients. She draws upon her interest in understanding how things work to dig deep, thoroughly understand the facts, and make the strongest case.
Patricia’s focus on understanding her clients’ business needs stems from her unique international experience, which has spanned three continents and included work in the Public Affairs Office of the U.S. Embassy in the Dominican Republic. Throughout law school, she also gained diverse legal experience in the areas of insurance, immigration, and labor and employment law through a variety of internships and work opportunities.
Patricia focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on class action defense and white-collar matters. She has extensive and wide-ranging experience at managing all stages of complex discovery disputes.

Patricia represents inmates in § 1983 conditions of confinement litigation and appeals.
Patricia represents children asylum seekers from Central America in immigration proceedings.
She also assists with enforcement of a consent decree on behalf of class of children in Illinois foster case system (co-counsel with ACLU).
