Meghan Wood is a seasoned and diligent litigator with experience leading teams and managing multiple aspects of more than 250 product liability cases nationwide. Clients including product manufacturers and distributors value Meghan’s skill in oral advocacy and courtroom motion practice on their behalf, as well as her outstanding organizational and communication skills.
As national counsel for a Fortune 500 company, Meghan held primary and sole responsibility over a product liability caseload of over two 250 actively litigated asbestos, toxic tort, and pharmaceutical matters filed nationwide. Taking a strategic and business-minded approach to her practice, she is always prepared to go to trial but works closely with her clients to determine when negotiated settlements and other solutions are better options for achieving their business goals.
Meghan has represented clients in toxic tort, chemical, civil rights, insurance defense, litigation, bankruptcy, Medicare, and personal injury cases.
