Matt Lee is a straightforward, resilient, and easy-going litigator, whose candor is authentic and refreshing. But don’t underestimate him. His focused, 25-steps-ahead approach, and multi-faceted learning style makes him well prepared and able to effectively and efficiently achieve results for his clients and his team. He thrives on a steep learning curve and expedited “fire” pace and all the responsibilities that come with it.
Matt’s experience involves litigation, in state and federal courts, on a range of matters, including personal injury, landlord-tenant, municipality, construction, products liability, among other matters. He second chaired a trial and was responsible for all trial documents and submissions to the court and discussion and argued the same with judge and opposing counsel.
Having been an art major in undergrad, Matt enjoys going to art museums and painting and working with different mediums in his free time. He also likes trying new restaurants and cooking at home. Matt is an avid Bay area sports fan.
