Bio

A natural leader who stands out from the crowd, Jennifer Kilpatrick has a refreshingly different take on life. She is a smart, calculated risktaker who isn’t afraid to stick her neck out and unabashedly ask the questions others are afraid to ask. Well prepared and externally composed, Jennifer is not intimidated by her opponents or shy about giving forthright opinions. A centering force in litigation, she relishes rolling up her sleeves, digging into huge, complex cases with countless issues, and drilling down into the details.

Jennifer concentrates her practice on product liability, toxic tort, and mass tort litigation. She has performed national coordinating counsel work for defendants in toxic tort cases and has also served as local counsel in toxic tort suits. She has a breadth of experience in the toxic tort field, including the defense of asbestos, benzene, silica, mold, formaldehyde, and NORM (naturally occurring radioactive materials) cases. Jennifer has also represented a Fortune 500 company in food contamination litigation.

Jennifer cherishes time spent with her son exploring big cities and visiting new and interesting places. She is a lover of art and art galleries, a family passion. She reads voraciously, enjoys cooking for friends and family, and learns new things every day from her son and their dog, Scout.
