As an associate at RSHC, Erich is gaining experience in several areas of litigation while building upon the product-liability background he acquired working as a law clerk. It takes exceptional determination, stamina, and discipline to work full time and attend law school at night, but Erich is grateful for the opportunity it provided him to focus on the big picture while never losing sight of the small details.

Erich is dedicated to providing top-notch, reliable legal support to his colleagues and clients. He tackles complex and challenging problems with confidence and enthusiasm, working hard to further his clients’ business goals and add value whenever and wherever possible.

As an avid and faithful Cubs fan, Erich catches as many home games as his schedule allows. When he’s not enjoying the warmth of “The Friendly Confines” with family or friends, Erich enjoys volunteering as a big-sibling mentor at a Chicago-based program that helps students from low-resource neighborhoods.

  • Erich has also assisted these companies on appeal, participating in the drafting of an appellate brief in New York State Appellate Court.
  • Part of a team that conducted an internal investigation on behalf a global leader in appliances that uncovered an executive’s scheme to defraud and embezzle the company’s real property assets.
