Eric Allison understood early on that he wanted to be a litigator and be able to advocate from the well of the courtroom. A tenacious and confident self-starter, Eric’s energy and willpower enable him to overcome adversity and resistance to achieving desired goals for clients and himself. He constantly challenges himself and strives for self-improvement.
Eric will focus his practice in product liability and mass torts. His clerkship and externship experiences have fostered his desire to pursue a career in litigation. As an extern with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office, Eric presented persuasive arguments, examined witnesses, and gave opening statements and closing arguments to both the court and jury in criminal proceedings. As a judicial law clerk, he drafted judicial opinions regarding motions for summary judgment, motions to dismiss, and various other motions. He researched and analyzed pleadings and arguments presented to the Court and worked directly with the Judge to decide how to proceed with each matter.
Committed to life-long learning, Eric stays active and enjoys learning new skills. When not practicing law, he likes to exercise his creative. His biggest hobby is art, where he dabbles in wood working, drawing, pyrography, and creating sculptures.
