Eric’s wealth of judicial experience in state and federal courts provides him with varied perspectives that help him tailor solutions to his clients’ legal issues. Eric’s work clerking for the District Court in the Northern District of Illinois, externing for another District Court judge in the Northern District of Illinois and for two Circuit Court judges in the Illinois Circuit Court of Cook County, Commercial Law Division, and interning with the Will County State’s Attorney’s Office (where he tried multiple bench trials and two jury trials) gives Eric unique insight into effective litigation strategies across a broad spectrum of venues and forums.
