Andrew Wu brings tenacity, precision, and practical insights to his work as a litigator. Drew is a trusted advocate, tireless researcher, and strategic problem solver who knows how to get the job done when the stakes are high—all while remaining level-headed and achieving his client’s individualized goals.

At RSHC, Drew focuses his practice on commercial litigation, cybersecurity, intellectual property, tort litigation, and white collar defense. He assists with case management and strategy, handles discovery, takes and defends depositions, drafts dispositive motions, and argues in court. In addition to mastering the facts and technical nuances of each case, Drew leverages his ability to thrive under pressure to outperform the competition and deliver results.

Prior to RSHC, Drew represented various entities and individuals in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, management and control of businesses, breach of fiduciary duties, and unfair competition, among others. His clients have included a mobile game developer, virtual reality company, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and family-owned enterprises. Drew also clerked for the Federal Trade Commission, where he played an integral role in investigations and enforcement actions involving false and deceptive advertising, unfair competition, and data breaches.

Drew was born and raised in California. He enjoys spending time with his family, skiing in Lake Tahoe, and staying active by exploring the Bay Area with his dog and friends.

  • Obtained summary judgment in a case where plaintiff alleged various negligence claims against Fortune 500 client.
  • Drafted an opposition to motion to strike based on evolving damages principles, which led to favorable settlement for tech client.
  • Successfully opposed a motion for summary judgment in a case involving disputes over the management, control and ownership of family-owned business.
  • Drafted a motion for protective order seeking to quash plaintiff’s 300+ discovery requests, which led to plaintiff withdrawing the requests in their entirety.
